RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT MAKE FREE RETURNS, THEY APPLY
CHARGES.
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within
of 30 days after receipt.
In this case, the order must comply with the following conditions:
1.The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and the packaging has
arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to handling is excluded

Photo of the product in case of breakage
Name + surname of the customer
Customer's address
Then we will talk to you and give you the return address. Never send the
return to sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it from us.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. The
consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the
a consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not
predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of Cancelationthe cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a named third party
by you other than the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed
as soon as they are performed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until
the delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at EMUNÁ
by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to
to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The
costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Registration for shipments in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be transit times more
lengths over which we have no control. If the products are already on the way to
you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and
then return them. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.
In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a
shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you
all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs
(with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type
of delivery other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without
delay and not later than within fourteen days from the day we receive the
notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this
refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the transaction
original, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no case will you be
